Midleton has a good mix of older terraced homes near the town centre and the Jameson Distillery, and newer estates out toward Castleredmond and Ballinacurra. The work splits accordingly: rewires and fuse board upgrades in the older housing stock, sockets, lighting, and EV charger points in the newer builds.
We also cover Carrigtwohill and Castlemartyr for general domestic call outs, so the coverage extends beyond Midleton town itself into the wider East Cork area.
Newer estates tend to have the supply capacity to take a dedicated EV charger circuit without needing a fuse board upgrade first, though we still check that on every site visit.
